The warranty for acrylic is 5 years, LED is 4 years and for transformer its 3 years.
Can you manufacture custom shapes, designs and letters?

Yes, we can make the shapes, designs, letters and logos that the customer desires.
Will the sign suit the local voltage?

Most of the time it does, but if it doesn't, we provide transformer as well.
I want to use my sign outdoors, so are they waterproof?

All the materials we use are rustproof and the LED inside the sign are waterproof, so you can use them outdoors all you want
How do I get my glow sign board installed?

All the procedure stated inside the installation guide will be sent to you along with the product.

What is the lifespan of these sign boards?

The lifespan of a sign board is determined by a number of factors, whether it be the location, quality of the materials used and maintenance schedule for the sign board after installation. Generally, you should expect a sign board to last around 10 years with regular maintenance, however, many companies will replace their signage every five years to keep the image looking clean and up to date.
How long does it take to manufacture a custom sign board?

Our manufacturing time, under normal circumstances, is 7-10 working days, however, during busy periods, this may extend to 10 – 15 working days. For particularly large projects or urgent projects, a mutually agreed time frame can be organized. All timeline estimations are from receipt of an agreed deposit or purchase order.
What materials do you use to construct your products?

We have the ability to use many different types of materials, from extruded plastics, cast acrylics, glass, wood, copolymers, copper, brass, aluminum, steel, and composite materials. Materials are available in various different colors’ and finishes.
